Emergency K9 Information Card

Peace of Mind When It Matters Most.
The Evo-Tac Emergency K9 Information Card keeps your dog’s essential details close at hand. In an emergency, it gives others a quick way to identify your dog, contact the right people, and understand their care and handling needs.

Clear Colour Coding:
The bold, high-visibility design helps communicate your dog’s needs at a glance: RED – Risk, ORANGE – Anxious, or GREEN – Friendly.

Personalised to Your Dog:
A photo on the front provides an immediate visual reference to help identify your dog quickly.

Essential Information at a Glance:
The double-sided card has dedicated space for your dog’s name, your name, two emergency contacts, veterinary details, medical information, feeding requirements, and handling information. Add details specific to your dog, including medications, behavioural considerations, and important precautions.

Supplied in a protective ID-card-style holder with a metal attachment ring, the card can be kept with your dog’s equipment or attached somewhere accessible, such as a car or house crate.
